After struggling to find a quality/reputable auto repair place in the vicinity of 50 miles, I was thrilled to have found Fox Ford in Reed City! It has been at least a decade since I have felt confident in the repair work of my vehicle from previous shops. Not only did the technicians at Fox Ford provide clear and concise analysis of the repairs needed, they also communicated with me at every stage of the process, ensuring there were no surprise costs or unapproved repairs. The other aspect I feel Fox Ford in Reed City is absolutely amazing at, is the level of customer service they provide! As a single working woman who's shift coincides with the exact time frame any vehicle repair shop is open, it makes taking my vehicle in for any repair quite difficult. Fox Ford in Reed City was kind enough to deliver my vehicle back to me after completion of repairs. Thank you very much for being so accommodating!

What a good time we had planning and purchasing our new Ford Maverick from Fox Ford of Cadillac. Howard Canfield was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and fun to deal with. Even though we had to wait a while since Mavericks are 'so hot right now', Howard kept our deal made last July with a handshake. We appreciate having this quality of care for our Ford as we go back for needed service. Thanks! That was fun! :)
