I had always avoided dealerships in the past. But after the experience I had here. I will exclusively do business with Hogan and vanguard gmc. Me and my wife have been looking for a new car. Found one we loved online and inquired. Hogan reached out to us imedialty. And took a really awesome video of the vehicle. And answered all the questions I had. He felt like a friend selling me a car. Not a salesmen. At no part of the process did we have any pressure, nor did he talk non stop in a sales pitch. Just an honest group of people giving you the information you need and want. Me and my wife drove 4-1/2 hours to pickup our new gmc Acadia. It was detailed and waiting for us. Paper work was quick. And the process was great. Me and my wife both agree. We will be driving 4-1/2 hours back when we decide we need another vehicle. I don’t think I need to say much more than that. Buying a vehicle from across our Large State isn't always an easy process. Lacee our Sales person acted more like a friend helping another friend. Found a 2023 GMC Elevation spec the way I wanted 350 Miles away Vanguard GMC Dealership in Sherman TX, called, and spoke with Kevin Auldridge. This guy went out of his way to help me get into the truck I wanted, answered all my questions. Decided to purchase the truck, so I drove to Sherman Tx. I’m Glad I did, I met both Kevin and Matt Scott who processed the paperwork. Both Kevin and Matt made the buy a car experience enjoyable and worth every mile I drove to get there.
