Ruben was our absolutely amazing sales representative, and he made the whole process extremely easy and painless. He was super thorough, and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and exactly what I was getting for my money. After helping my husband figure out his trade in value, he helped us both leave with reliable cars that we wanted, not just needed. I was very impressed with the entire process with Kearny Mesa Ford/Kia. I worked with Michael and the process was very smooth. My husband and I entered the dealership, not expecting to go home with a new vehicle. I needed a vehicle right away due to my car being totaled by an uninsured driver. The sales rep, Mr. Lance Champion, walked us through everything and helped us solidify our decision. I still can't believe I purchased my vehicle with such affordable monthly payments.
