Thank you Nick and Simon for a wonderful experience!!! This is my second vehicle purchased from South-bay Ford, however, this sale was enjoyable. I arrived at the lot with this vehicle already in my mind, Nick was the first salesman I approached and I’m glad he was. We inspected, drove the car and during that I got to know him. He understood my doubts about buying the first car I seen today and sheared his story regarding his dream car. What sealed this deal was 1- Nick attentiveness to how my expression was when I saw the vehicle, it had everything I wanted just not in the color I desired. 2- he wasn’t pushing the sale, reason why I hate car dealerships. 3- he delivered everything promised to make the deal fair on both sides.
