My experience was fantastic. I came from out of state to purchase a 2011 Ford fusion hybrid. The car was clean and everything in the car and on the car worked as promised. 2 weeks later all the paperwork and title showed up in the mail as promised. I recently bought a used car from them. Price was pretty good for the marker. I have had to put a little money into the vehicle since but at the end of the day not a bad spot to check out used cars. Do your research and have the car inspected but again that's with any used car.
