2021 Ford Edge SEL

I made my first new purchase with Andy Chitwood in 2022, there was no question without any doubt who I was calling with my latest thought about another new purchase “Andy Chitwood” I consider Andy a friend , he makes you feel like a real person not the next guy in line . I explained to Andy what I wanted and what I expected and he came through with flying colors . I also need to mention Chris in parts/accessories he did an awesome job with my questions and delivered on what I wanted . I’ll be the 1st to admit I can be a pain during the process but Andy and Chris always happy to hear from me and always left me feeling good after any discussion. Don’t know the future but I do know it will be with Andy when I’m ready next ! 10 stars ??

Great experience all around for me! Phillip Mann was more than willing to communicate and come to an agreement how I wanted. They gave me the best deal (on my trade and their truck) by far compared to all local and several out of state dealers I contacted. I expect to spend some time at a dealer to get paperwork finalized. They were relatively quick with this compared to my past experiences with other dealers. They were thorough in explaining the features of my truck and the phone app and made sure not to do anything with my credit that I asked them not to. Most satisfied I’ve ever been leaving a car dealership and that’s saying a lot (I generally loathe car dealerships). Should the time come in my future for another new vehicle, I would pay this place a visit again 100%. Thanks Phillip and Eckenrod Ford!

This is my hometown dealership, though it has changed ownership and name since the 70s. The staff are always courteous and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the Ford products. Eckenrod Ford in Cullman Alabama, has taken care of my family’s automotive needs and are involved in the community as well, with an annual car show event and charitable activities too.
