I was looking for a particular import. Not the easiest to find nonetheless they had one. I decided to take a look and was met by Adam. I had read some bad reviews but I firmly believe you should not judge a book by its cover so here’s what I found. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He told me what he knew up front about a repair needed and we negotiated a deal to include that. We spoke openly about my trade and he was completely fair and generous with his trade offer to me. I have bought and sold quite a few vehicles in my time and this purchase was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I’ve ever had. I am completely satisfied with this dealership and would recommend to my friends. I think people should be upfront with they’re expectations of their purchase and tell them what they need out of the deal. They’ll either work with you or not. Very pleased indeed.
