I can’t say enough wonderful things about Josh (quite a leader), Zach (laid-back but very attentive), Dusty (who connects with people and double checks to make sure the connection is real), Cindy (who let’s you know you’re welcome when you open the front door), and the entire sales team at Southwestern Volkswagen! My neighbors Don and Gin recommended all of you (and the Atlas-since they own two of them!) and they were so right! I have to say it was a family-like experience. That’s so rare today. Thanks also to the driver and the service team who helped get my vehicle (the exact one I wanted!) in an amazing amount of time. (I have to praise the people I didn’t get to meet but who went the extra mile to create a superior experience.) Of course, I am appreciative of Bob Graves, the owner who, while we haven’t even met—yet—was so personally concerned that I was cared for and pleased with my purchase. He and his family are in my prayers— for all the graces they need at this moment in their lives! While it was not overt (not in your face), I could tell that there’s a lot of faith in God among the people who work there. Faith inspires us to serve one another and is the bedrock of our American culture. Faith inspires taking a personal interest in people. Very courteous service - no pressure, no arm twisting. The customer service rep / salesman Ms. Robert Sellman was very helpful, and helped us in achieving a negotiated price. He also helped us get the paperwork done on time and smoothly. Overall we recommend this dealership strongly if you are looking for a good car at a great price.

The salesman Mr Robert was very knowledgeable, and was very in tuned to what I was seeking for in a vehicle.
