I went and had an appointment with sales rep Titus on 4/18/24. He greeted me and my family with a welcoming smile. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I was looking. He instantly told me about a Chevy Malibu they had just received. It was nice inside and out, low mileage so it was basically new and most of all affordable for me. It was a great process overall and I left with a new car. I would highly recommend Car World for anyone who needs to rebuild their credit or having a hard time at big dealerships. They will do their BEST to get you riding.
So I’ve never left any type of review but this one is necessary. I purchased my car from them yesterday 2/23/24 and I’m not gonna lie I wasn’t expecting to leave with anything because of my experience with big dealerships in the past. As soon as I walked in it felt like I was in the right place. I was greeted by Blake and he was the person that took care of me. Him and Jeremy were 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They both made me feel comfortable, they worked with me throughout the entire process. Let me tell you I’ve never had such an easy car buying experience IN MY LIFE. Blake brought me lunch and constantly checked on me. Their customer service was above and beyond. Long story short I left the lot with exactly what I wanted and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys so much for everything. I will recommend any and everybody to you all.
