They listened to my needs and helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted. And can you believe it, just 8 days later I went back and bought ANOTHER ONE! The team was so efficient, I was in and out of there in no time. I was blown away by how smoothly everything went. The dealership took care of everything, and the vehicle was sparkling clean. They even checked on me after each purchase to ensure I was still satisfied. I've bought many cars in my day, but this was hands down the best experience I've ever had! I found the exact truck I wanted, it was a used Ram Power Wagon… Only problem was that I live 550 miles from Superior Mazda… I called, Shout out to Briana for answering the phone, I made an offer to trade in the truck I had plus my ad on cash offer… After all info was shared long distance and on the next day, Briana called me back and their offer to me was so close to my original offer…. Well, we started the buying process immediately…. She done such a good job, my first test drive was a 8 and a half hour drive back home!!! Thanks Superior ????

Great buying experience. Andy was phenomenal working with me on a used car purchase (Tesla). Followed up quickly and did what he said he'd do every step of the way. Issues identified were fully remedied, Andy even personally drove 2hr both ways to pickup the car after some work was done. I don't assume dealerships to be trustworthy, but he proved this dealership has high standards of integrity and quality. Fully satisfied and will be top of my list for my next purchase.
