2016 Ford Edge Titanium

I am SO happy! I found a couple of cars online that I liked and started texting with Nestor. I work long, unpredictable hours and had been to another dealership one evening and left frustrated with the back and forth. I knew what car(s) I wanted, what I needed my monthly payment to be and felt misunderstood by the other dealership. From the very 1st time Nestor reached out to me he made me feel at ease. I gave him all the details I was looking for, he asked questions… he listened! By the time Saturday came I went to the dealership to meet him in person, have my trade in evaluated and narrow down which car. I ended up asking for numbers on 2 cars, 1 with a few more bells and whistles, and it was no problem for Nestor. He allowed my husband and I privacy to talk as we looked to make our finial choice. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. It felt like buying a car in the 20th century and not the old haggling pushy feeling I had experienced at the other dealership. I went to Mullinax knowing I wanted a more fuel efficient vehicle but hadn’t decided on a specific one. Jeremy worked hard pulling around 6 different vehicles and test driving 4.
