We had the most wonderful experience with Autos and More! After spending a significant amount of time searching for a new family vehicle, I came across a listing online that brought me to Autos and More. After showing my husband and agreeing it seemed to have everything we were looking got, he told me to give them a call and make sure it was still available. Making a purchase of this magnitude from out of state is quite the gamble, but upon calling and speaking with Steve, he went above and beyond answered all of our questions for us. We booked my husband an early morning flight for the next day from MD to TN to make the purchase. Steve even picked him up from the airport to bring him to the dealership so he didn’t have to pay for an additional ride. Everyone was incredible and exceptionally patient as we dealt with some unexpected hiccups with the bank. My husband was able to make the drive home the same day and I could not be more thrilled with our purchase. This vehicle has everything I wanted and more, the price was fair and it may sound silly, but with a large family, having this large van is a complete game changer in our daily life. Making this type of purchase sight unseen (of courses with the exception of the great listing photos) was a bit of a scary one, but everyone Autos and More was incredible and I don’t regret it for a second! Want to give another big shout out to Roger & Steve with Autos & More. Back in the summer of 2017 these guys were a tremendous help in finding a car for our son who had just turned 16. The price was right in our range and was one of the vehicles we had on our radar. He still drives his 2014 Mazda CX5 today and it runs great! We are now in 2023 and a little over a month ago Roger was able to find us another car for our daughter! He has been looking for us for more than 2 years! The main reason is she turned 16 the summer of 2020! At that time Used Car prices were going up, up, up!!! Need I say more?? We did have a 2-door Jeep Wrangler for her to drive, but it was older and not the ideal car we wanted her in, especially from a safety standpoint. She is now in college and needs a much more dependable/safer vehicle to drive. So from the fall of 2020 until December of 2022 Roger looked and looked and looked for us, as we did too! We gave him different options and parameters as to what we were looking for, most importantly safety and price point. Through those two years Roger would find many cars that we would possibly be interested in, but most of the time the price would just be too high, and if it was not, there would be an extremely high number of miles on the car. We were all getting frustrated and wondered if she would be driving the "Old Jeep", forever. Alas, towards the end of December 2022, Roger was able to find us a highly rated low mileage 2015 Mazda CX5! The price was right in our range, and he was able to make the purchase for us! The timing was perfect as we were able to surprise our daughter with a Christmas present she’ll never forget! After having the Mazda now for over a month, it has been running great and has given us no problems (knock on wood!), and she loves it! Please know, if you are looking for a reputable and trustworthy car dealership, Roger and Steve at Autos & More in Knoxville will take excellent care of you! Roger has been around a long time and knows that business inside and out, and will do his absolute best to get the quality car you need and for a fair price!
