2021 Ford Edge Titanium

We had an awesome experience at Volvo of Macon. We went in for a test drive to see how we liked the car.. and with Michael’s help, we made the purchase the next day. We even upgraded to the bigger size, thanks to Michael’s knowledge of these vehicles. He took his time and explained everything and got us the best deal possible.. he never made us feel rushed. When it came time to talk with the finance director, Roger was just as impressive! We were there late in the evening but still never felt rushed. From the second we walked in til the moment we left, we had outstanding customer service from every staff member we interacted with. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family!

We had a great experience with Jackson Volvo’s service department! Court is the best service advisor we have ever had an any dealership! He is attentive, communicates, and goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied.
