My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna from Mungenast Toyota in Alton, and the experience was fantastic! We had been looking for many months, and local dealers in St. Louis were not as communicative as Erica with Mungenast. She was incredibly helpful, transparent, and answered our questions every time we reached out. Evan was very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. He knew a lot about our vehicle and its features. He had us setup with technology before leaving the lot. We expect to have this vehicle for a long time. Overall, we had a great experience! My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota sienna from Erica and Evan at Alton Toyota! These vehicles can take a while to arrive, however, Erica did a wonderful job at communicating updates.
