The dealership as a whole did a fantastic job in the sale and service of my vehicle. Doug who was my sales representative was very friendly yet professional in selling me a vehicle. The finance department representative made the experience easy and stress free. The service department representative, Ciara did an exceptional job on keeping me updated on the warranty repairs of my vehicle.
About a year ago, I tried to do a custom order with another dealership and had a terrible experience. I backed out of the deal, and went to this dealership instead, and let me tell you, everyone I made contact with was a straight shooter. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. No shenanigans or any chicanery of any sort. That’s value right there. ???? If there’s anything I hate, is when dealerships try to scare you or shame you into an idiotic deal in order to make a buck or when they try to hurry you up while you’re reading the fine print, as if you weren’t entitled to do so (????). I’m pleased to say there’s nothing like that happening at this dealership. The people who work here are AMAZING at their jobs, and thoroughly professional. I cannot recommend them enough. Their service and business practices are top notch. My salesmen, Manny and Ian, were amazing and did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated with the status of my order. About a week ago I picked up my custom order, and I am completely satisfied with their customer service. Moving forward, this dealership will be my first choice. ????????
Would give it 3 stars because of the initial experience but Service advisor Chris was good to us. When we got there no one came to ask us what we were there for. No one even looked up and made eye contact. We waited about 5 minutes outside our car and just stood there waiting. When other ford cars pulled up behind us, they were so quick to get out of their boot and immediately help those people. I finally went to ask some people if they could help us and Chris happened to walk in. He changed everything. He was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you Chris for making us feel valued. You made a difference.
