While traveling through KC my 2015 GMC 3500 (Duramax) had a significant problem with the Turbo. The shop got me i right away and diagnosed and re-set the error codes. they then drove it to try and replicate the problem, and it seemed to be resolved. Chris suggested they keep it overnight and test drive it again in the morning when it was cold. We did that and it did not have a problem then either. After paying a reasonable fee for the diagnostics my family and I returned to the highway to finish our trip with the confidence of knowing your team had checked things thoroughly. Did I mention we were pulling a 14,000lb 5th wheel camper? Thank you for prioritizing my problem and taking care of me with professionalism!

my truck was not fixed and i was still charged 1000 dollars. my back up camera was disconnected and not put back. my remote was disconnected and was not put back and now my transmission wont shift and will require service as well. Update..... After being called by the guys at Nextran Truck Centers we decided to give another go. I am happy to report that the issues, I was having were all fixed. Thanks you the whole team of guys at Nextran. I have change my rating to a five stars and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a good shop. Thanks again.
