A True Southern Gentleman in all Regards! I negotiated a deal over the phone for an F 350 Ford Super Duty. I had a pre-planned international trip, send Jay a deposit to hold the vehicle until my return. The communication was absolutely the best, with all my texts and inquiries answered within minutes! The vehicle was Exactly as described and left nothing to the imagination. Jay even answered a phone call I initiated as he was having dinner with his family. Upon my return from Canada, I forwarded him the balance of the vehicle, and he arranged to have it transported to Virginia the Next Day! Mr. Jay Rogers is the real deal, and a true ambassador for Car Salesman. I spent 30 years in State Law Enforcement, and throughout my tenure developed a pretty fair assessment of character and honesty. I cannot say enough positive things about Jay and his attention to detail. I continue to communicate with him even after the sale/transaction, and once again he has been Superb. He arranged for shipping + detailed the car before it was loaded into the truck, he also performed a service at my request and only charged for the cost of parts, the labor was complimentary.
