When I walked into the dealership I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know where to start. My hesitation was met with the kindest smile I’ve ever seen, JP. Through careful thought and consideration, JP had found me a car I actually was willing to test drive. Throughly explaining the specs of the vehicle and helping me understand the economical advantages of going with this car, I looked back at my family and knew… this was my car. From that moment forward I was continually met with professionalism, authenticity, reassurance and a healthy amount of laughter from JP. Upon arrival at Boniface Hiers Kia our first impression was that of a very neat, clean, organized dealership with a good inventory of vehicles. The vehicles are staged in an organized fashion for the sales staff to easily accommodate your search criteria. The interior of the dealership was very clean and modern. We received excellent sales assistance from Tristan which was so refreshing. He was polite, warm, accommodating, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable about the KIA brand of vehicles. After listening to my husband’s cash out the door budget and my must haves/wants, he assisted us in finding the perfect vehicle. He was not overbearing or showing us Tellurides with extra features that couldn’t have been negotiated into our budget. Thus, causing disappointment for myself. He collaborated with us to achieve the sale. If you are looking for a vehicle and are like myself that you walk off a dealer’s lot due to overbearing, pushy sales folks; then I highly recommend Boniface Hiers Kia and ask for Tristan - he will make a stressful life decision just a tad bit less stressful.

This is the second Kia we have purchased from Angelo at Boniface-Hiers Kia in a year. First one was a Carnival, second was a Sportage. We are now a Kia family. I can’t say enough good things about Angelo. He is extremely responsive when communicating, he knows the vehicles/trim levels through and through and isn’t pushy at all. He gave us a great value for both our trade inns and worked with us through all the details of our purchase. If you’re looking to purchase a Kia, go to Boniface-Hiers in Melbourne, ask for Angelo.
