Mark and his son Sam as well as their front desk staff were excellent and extremely sincere and helping me choose a car to trade in for my motorcycle. Even though it wouldn’t trade for as much as I thought it would Mark made sure he got me the best deal of which I greatly appreciate it. He also took the time to sit down with me and listen to exactly what I wanted in a car instead of just randomly showing me like 5-10 cars right of the back. He listened and because of that he suggested the exact car that my family and I wanted and needed. And he when I got transferred over to his son Sam to close the deal they got me the lowest possible payment for a grade down payment value.
