2020 Ford Edge Titanium

I just bought a 2019 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummings Engineer dually. This is a truck I have been wanting for 8 years or more. My father found this dealership and truck for me because I was about to buy one in another city. Let me tell you I was happy I got this one instead. The salesperson Mr. Tracy was helpful and finance person Mr. Josh was also helpful. They was honest with me. Let me test the truck before signing. They took care of me. This is possible the only honest dealership within a 100 mile radius. They will have my business for life. And to top it off I broke the seal plate at the bottom on the driver side and they ordered me a new one with no charge to me. They do care for people and their needs. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends.

Dealership's service team completed three (3) factory recalls on my RAM 2500 Cummins diesel 3/4 truck today. Did an excellent professional job, explained what was done. Spent time drinking coffee provided by the Keurig machine in the lavish show room.

DTC Service and staff have been very helpful. Torie is a standout! We attempted service in Colorado, where my son lives, but help was inadequate and unprofessional. Torie set up a contact with Jay, who leads the techs, that gave us confidence in getting the truck from Colorado to Murray for service. Torie advocated for us by invoking technicians who provided understanding through details, gave straight answers, and adopted a “we will search till we have an answer” attitude. She heightened the level of communication by staying in contact, providing feedback, and supporting our concerns. Thank you. Colorado to Kentucky, we will be back.
