So I was upside down on a car. I still kept the car and I got a new vehicle from a used dealership mind you work from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday so email works best for me few months later I was threatened with being garnished not by them with completely different company for something completely different I did a chapter 7 bankruptcy, even tho my payments were not being reported to the credit bureaus I was still able to get my loan refinance through them process was quick and easy me personally I just wish that they would allow like two different loans, but I understand where confusion can come along but other than that I love him. I just wish that we weren’t charged that “” convenience fee for paying over the phone because if anything it’s a real inconvenience but other than that, I love them and when my truck is paid off. I might go for another vehicle and see if they will be the lien holders . Yeah the truck is old, but I even tried refinancing through my own personal credit union and because of the age of the vehicle they would not.

Everything has been really easy with Capital auto loan. The beginning interest rate for someone with poor to Fair Credit like mine was very acceptable more than fair. They have a guaranteed refinance program after 12 on Time payments.. hold them up Samantha sent the proper forms over email and text. 24 hours after I filled them out I had a new interest rate and a new loan amount. I'm not even going to shop around for financing on another car, I'm just going to call Capital Auto Loan and see if I'm pre-approved.
