I was on vacation in the Black Hills when the engine of my Kia Soul suffered a catastrophic failure. I worked with Billion Kia to navigate the warranty program through Kia. Long story (80+ Days) short, Billion installed a remanufactured engine under warranty. They were professional and friendly, especially Jerid in the service offices.

We drive 155 miles every time we need our Kia serviced just to have billions Kia in rapid city to service our vehicle. The staff is so welcoming and always pleasant and helpful.
