I just purchased another vehicle from Mahwah Ford, from the time of placing the special order for my truck last year to picking it up this past week it has been a very pleasant and easy going experience for my first time ordering a vehicle and not buying off the lot. Doug was great to work with from explaining the ordering process to placing the order as well as updates on the order status. He even reached out when new options were made available for the vehicle during the waiting period to see if I was interested and made the changes.
