I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. James greeted me and when he went to retrieve the car I requested to look at, Thomas came to introduce himself, showed me where the snacks and drinks were located and made sure I was comfortable. James is extremely knowledgeable of the product, friendly and not at all pushy like most car salespeople I have encountered in the past. James and Thomas, both, made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. The process was seamless and went fast. I am now a very happy owner of a 2023 Range Rover Sport.

It't not often, during your visit to an auto dealership, you get to have an actual human being to human being conversation with the sales representative; much less with the GM; and even more unlikely with ownership. We are incredibly humbled and grateful to share we experienced said conversations, numerous times, with all three. I had a great experience purchasing from Land Rover Fort Wayne. Hunter (my salesmen) was extremely helpful and communicative while purchasing a vehicle from half way across the country sight-unseen. He went the extra mile and happily obliged my (many) persnickety requests.
