Wonderful, knowledgeable staff and very friendly! All our Lincolns are leased every three years! It is the most economical way to own a luxury SUV and just pay payment, gas and insurance! I highly recommend! We won't deal anywhere else!
I had a great experience, but this dealership, my battery was not holding a charge and they needed to keep my vehicle for an extended amount of time so they provided me a loaner.
Stephanie and the other gentlemen in service are amazing!! They are always polite and professional. I actually live closer to other Lincoln dealers but take both my wife's and my Lincoln to Alex Karras because of the service here.
