He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He spent LOTS of time with us going over trims and additional packages/options that we were interested in and helped us to realize ones that we could do without by letting us check out several vehicles on the lot. He even searched other Lincoln dealers out of the area to try to find what we were looking for. He kept us updated and checked in because it took us a while to find exactly what we wanted. We ended up buying the vehicle that the owner of the dealership was driving and got to meet him! A continuing relationship and friendship has been built, and any future needs we will be back.
