I recently visited Five Star Ford in Carrollton to purchase a 2024 Ford Escape. Mr. Mendoza, my salesman was very personable and is easily the best salesman I have ever encountered. He made the whole process very smooth, and I am sure my next car purchase will be through Mr. Mendoza. Mr. Russell, the GM even made it a point to come by the office to introduce himself to me, even though I am sure he has a busy schedule. I recently just bought another f250 4x4 at five star ford Carrollton this makes about my 7th purchase this this place has a home atmosphere I have bought all my vehicles from a man name Danny forse a great salesman. I have dealt with Michael the finance director(the miracle worker) the best finance guy I have ever talked to and then there’s a gm by the name of Trey. He doesn’t hide in his office he is always on the sales floor or in finance office trying to help make deals never seen a gm like this anywhere. Every where else the gm doesn’t want to be bothered and everyone else that works there are very friendly. Awesome dealership and a great place to buy a car
