2024 Ford Edge ST AWD

We recently purchased a 2023 F250 from North County Ford and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. First, the truck was very reasonably priced especially for this particular model. I did quite a bit of research and it was hard to find a better value. Second, they did not start off by undervaluing our trade. In my experience, 90% of the time the dealerships will come back with some insulting lowball offer on the trade and then use that as their negotiation chip. That was not the case here. They came back well within the median expected range for my trade. Lastly, our sales person Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely zero pressure. No tricks. No gimmicks. In all my years of buying vehicles it was the first time I did not feel like I was getting taking advantage of somewhere. Again, overall very satisfied and very impressed!

I bought my F150 from here during the COVID-19 shortage era. The experience wasn’t unique, but it was straightforward and honest. If I buy another Ford, it’ll almost certainly be from here. Their service department is fantastic! We bring our Ford and our Jeep to NCF for just about everything. Pricing always seems fair and honest. I found the perfect f250 here before pictures were even posted online. After a video, and detailed conversation, it had to be mine. I flew into Burlington, VT and was met with the freshly-washed truck, paperwork, a cup of hot cocoa, and even a full tank of diesel to start my long ride back to Chicago.
