Traveling from Northern California to Arizona, my Volvo was having issues and needed immediate assistance. I contacted Palm Springs Volvo and spoke to Jill. She was extremely accommodating and assured us that the team was waiting for us with bells on! When we arrived we were immediately approached by service advisor Matt and he exhibited such a positive attitude despite the situation and was very solution oriented. Recognizing the vehicle had to be serviced overnight to get us back on the road safely he also was our coinceige and recommended places to eat and stay! We felt we were in great hands and completely taken care of the through the whole process! His customer service was beyond and we are truly raving FANS!!! Thank you, thank you deeply. This review is way overdue! Not only did my 2016 Volvo XC90 need its 120k mile service, but it was also in desperate need of repair. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Matt Thornton, Service Advisor for the duration of the work. Matt kept me up to date on all issues, no matter how great or small. He set me up with a loaner for the full term of my vehicle service. Matt was professional, kind and knowledgeable on all issues related to my Volvo. I can't recommend this dealership enough, especially after the service that was provided to me. I trust them to do honest work, and let's face it, you can't say that about every place. I also wanted to give a big shout out to the two technicians who worked on my car: Pete Lopez III & Luis Castillo. They were thorough and worked extra hard to find solutions to some of the problems presented that weren't typical issues. I appreciate their hard work! Thank you to the whole team who worked on my car! You got her back to a healthy state, and I can't appreciate you all enough.
