UPDATE: 5-23-2024. We received a call from Greg the service manager here and spoke to him about what happened with this particular situation. He was very apologetic about everything and even apologized to me for the individual Tom that I was working with the time before. Tom was very insulting and rude to both me and my wife. I was informed this was not the first time of this happening. After having another not great interaction with Tom, Greg paired me up with Sam and the gentleman from Enterprise to get me set up with the amazing Ford Edge as a rental. I received a call the next day from Greg explaining that there was a issue with the head gasket not sealing properly. They fixed it very quickly and so far no issues. Simple mistakes happen and we understand that. Big thank you to Greg and Sam they definitely went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer. Id definitely would recommend five star Sam as a salesperson he was great and so was Greg. I have to give them four stars out of five. Only reason is because of the arguments with the previous sales person. I am a firm believer that everyone has bad days, however when you are in the business of sales you do not cause a scene or argue with someone about the vehicle being fixed multiple times when you can see it was still not correctly sealed. To wrap this up I would definitely recommend seeing these guys up here at Dave Sinclair. Thanks again Greg and Sam you guys were fantastic thank you.

Chad is amazing, go see him. His knowledge is off the charts. He worked with my wife and I to build trust quickly, make us feel at easy and made the buying experience fun! He worked hard to get us a deal we felt comfortable with, gave good advice on which car fit the needs we shared. We bought a Bronco and my wife LOVES it! Best car buying experience I have ever had.

I would highly recommend Dave Sinclair Ford. I came in on Saturday and was helped by Dave Moore he was super patient because I was indecisive about a selection. He was able to help me find an excellent vehicle. I had to come back on Monday to do the paperwork and was able to get assistance from Chad Sigsworth (because Dave had business out of town) who became a favorite. He was awesome. He was able to recommend a great insurance company with excellent rates. He granted me a $800 wax kit, a full tank of gas, and the best customer service I've had thus far. I highly recommend Chad and would hope to do any further business with him. He's my guy....10 stars
