2019 Ford Edge ST AWD

Saying this was the best customer service we've ever received would be an understatement. We stumbled upon Ol' Reds by chance while driving home to Minnesota from a family vacation in California when our engine unexpectedly gave out. It was a nightmare- we were stranded in an unfamiliar place with our four kids for a week. The mechanic shop we went to (also fantastic) recommended AL, and he truly became our hero. The only vehicle on the lot that would work for us just so happened to be my dream car. Al went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road.
