Another great service appointment at Sarat Lincoln. Every time my car is serviced, I leave knowing that they did a top notch job to ensure that my vehicle continues to operate at its best. Jacob at the service desk was so helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. I don’t mind waiting for my car as long as I know that they are actively completing the service that I scheduled. They know that my time is valuable .
I went to get a repair for a recall, the service I received first from Jacob was impeccable. He was very courteous, and understanding with my not being able to get there at my scheduled time. Then he thought they would have my car overnight, but I got it back the same day, with a semi inspection and it was cleaned..great service. Also the shuttle driver was very courteous. My entire experience was wonderful!
