I can't say enough good things about this dealership. After the dealership where I originally bought my truck failed to diagnose the issue correctly, claiming it was an alignment problem, I brought it here. They quickly identified the real problem: the transmission and torque converter needed to be replaced. Their communication was outstanding—easily the best I've ever experienced with any dealership. They kept me informed every step of the way, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I'll definitely be bringing my truck back here for any future issues Rating: 5/5

Gabriel did an excellent job of checking me in. He both understood my need and arranged to get the car scheduled quickly. He was pleasant to interact with during the entire process both checking in and out. I and most of the Tristate area cannot afford the labor rates that accompany your service. Lower the rates and let the customer decide what extra services he can afford. Car wash , shuttle service are wonderful but obviously have to be paid for somehow. These labor costs amount to a high percentage of the car’s worth. My car was in for what turned out to be a relay replacement, an inexpensive part, but the diagnostic labor was $475. I don’t want to imagine what the cost would have been to replace a computer module that requires dismantling the car. Not sustainable.

I have always used Plaza Ford service in Falston as it was a little closer to me. After many bad experiences over the years with the service manager Paul, I wanted to try another dealership. Ourisman seems great, and isn't much further to drive to. Gabriel in service was great to deal with. Couldn't ask for a better service advisor. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on everything. I didn't have to call and wonder what the status was, as he kept me informed the whole time. They even washed my truck for me after the visit, which was a great surprise. I will be coming back here for all my service needs and will recommend everyone else to do the same. You definitely earned a new customer. Thanks again!
