The purchase of our vehicle went very smoothly. Our salesman, Eric Berti was very helpful & took his time to go over all the features in the truck. Morgan in the finance dept. went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle.
Called here to make an appointment to have brake work done after multiple frustrations with Fox Ford getting an appointment or actually speaking with someone. I was surprised to actually speak with someone and even more surprised they were able to get me in the very next day. Anything with Fox always required scheduling weeks out. Kyli was my service rep and she was great. Communicated with me on all the work that needed to be performed and also arranged for a courtesy ride back after dropping my car off. She even offered a courtesy ride to pick me up when the vehicle was finished…say what?!!! Is this real life? The vehicle (Ford Expedition Max) ended up getting staying the night and was ready the next morning and this was communicated the entire time. No surprises for me. The next morning they offered to drop the vehicle off to save me trip. For no additional cost…I don’t buy this vehicle from LaFontaine but I promise you I’ve been singing from the rooftops how amazing this dealership has been to work with and such a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. I guarantee the next vehicle(s) I purchase will be from them as they’ve now just gained a new customer for life. Thank you LaFontaine.
I really appreciate the valet service that LaFontaine Ford provides. It was a great help to me. Drew was a great service rep from start to finish. I sent my car in for what I thought was a simple fix and ended up needing a new transmission. Drew made sure my warranty covered almost everything, sent me a new loaner car, and kept in contact with me on the status of my car. I really appreciated Drew. He was the best!
