Recently I was looking for a new vehicle. I hadn't purchased a new car in 10 years and wasn't sure of what to expect. I visited several dealership during the search process. He started by asking me what I refer to as discovery questions. i believe this was done so he could find out my needs and meet my needs. He made the buying process seamless and enjoyable. The facility was very clean and the snack bar had a large variety of snacks and beverages. When I went to sign the purchase documents Nissa was the finance manger who assisted me. She was very personable and friendly and she explained my options in a way I could understand. The entire experience was great and has made me an advocate for Audi of North Austin.
