My prior review was probably in error as noted by the CarFax findings referenced by Andrew Lyon of Niello Audi below. The damage I thought was due to lot damage was probably due to a prior accident repair, that oddly enough was work done by Bertolucci's Body & Fender who thought that it was lot damage when they went to repair it five years later. As a result, I don't have clear evidence that Niello was responsible, so I apologize and have changed the rating of my review, as all of my service experience with two cars over 7 years with Niello has been generally good.
Bought a new car from Cesar. Great customer service and the best dealership experience. I had to sell my old car of 8 years because I am a home health care nurse. I travel alot. Cesar helped explain the process to me and it was very easy. She did a great job.
I am only disappointed I didn’t get Jackie Westlake in the picture with us because she was absolutely amazing!
