2020 Ford Edge ST AWD

Our salesperson, Mark, was exceptional. Courteous, knowledgeable, sharing a ton of information. Not in the least brass or pushy!! Finance came back (after just one return) with a perfectly reasonable trade in value on our somewhat dated SUV. This was possibly the best car-buying experience ever (and we're in our 70's) We would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota!!

I've been taking my Toyota and Lexus vehicles to this dealership's service department for years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the prices very reasonable (especially when compared with my Lexus service dept. prices), the waiting area is roomy and comfortable, and the wait times are usually minimal. The restrooms are clean and close to the waiting area, and complimentary coffee is available in the waiting area. The dealership's vehicle prices are competitive, too, and there is always someone available to help you if you have questions or would like to test drive a vehicle. The location is right along a main highway and easy to find, though Google map's directions tried to send me right by it, so I am going to submit a suggestion for a revision even though it is pretty hard to miss the dealership.

I bought a Highlander from them in 2018 and they have treated me well each time I was there. I didn't feel like I got ripped off, and - being a Toyota - runs perfectly. I will consider buying my next car from here.
