Ive been taking my truck here since the end of January 2024. They are an awesome shop. Reliable, honest and great prices that don’t drain the bank! They did ball joints, axel seal , alignment and on another vehicle i had brought them they did an oil change and replaced the serpentine belt . They do they’re best to make sure you are getting an even more reliable vehicle back. Customer service excels between everyone, especially Rob and Riley and the techs are very knowledgeable. I was sent to Montrose Auto Connection by Discount Tire to fix, under warranty, a locking lug nut on my wheel that was misaligned when it was put on. The guys were all super nice and very professional! They found a loose ballbearing that needs to be repaired and gave me some useful info on known jeep issues with the wheel-steering area. My bf will be doing the repair when I get back to Arizona. I highly recommend Montose Auto Connection. They are very knowledgeable, were not trying to push their services on me, friendly and knew what they were talking about. My brother was also with me who is a great mechanic. I got a lot of info from them and great advice. Highly recommend this place and the prices are not outrageous.
