Pedro is amazing! So friendly and helpful on helping me pick what car I wanted. So happy with my experience at Planet Ford. I worked with Scott right from the start. He was there during two test driving sessions and helped me when I decided I wanted to order my bronco so I was able to get all the specs I wanted. Throughout the build I was kept up to date on the process. And for the grand finale my car was actually delivered on my birthday! It was the perfect present! Thank you all!
I enjoyed working with Planet Ford to purchase my new Bronco. I interfaced with several different staff throughout the buying process and felt Scott Manfred did a really good job creating a comfortable buying environment. From their knowledge of the vehicles during test drives (Felix), to the level of communication while waiting for my Bronco to come in (Scott), and the level of service when picking it up (Eduardo & Pierre), I was very pleased.
