My letter to the dealership Hello, Mr. JR PEET- I wanted to say THANK YOU so much for the wonderful experience your provided to me during my process of searching for a car. From the moment I step through the door you were pleasant and professional. It was unlike any other experiences I've had at other dealerships during this process. You were very knowledgeable about my car and answered any questions I had during and after the test drive. You stayed in touch with me but not in a pushy way as it related to the purchase of my car. I was so impressed because other places didn't provide the experience you provided. I'm sure Honda sees you as an asset to their company because I'm not sure if it was the experience that helped me make my decision on purchasing the car or both the fact that I loved the car and how knowledgeable you were. I even made a statement that I was purchasing this car as a birthday gift to myself and wished I could have a big red bow on the car once I came to pick it up and you and your team Delivered on that. It was such a pleasant surprise. I thank you so much for everything!
