Our experience with Pohank Honda of Fredericksburg was nothing short of greatness. Charles Fitch was the most wonderful sales rep, no high pressure sales tactics and very friendly. We even left the dealership to have a breather, it's been several years for us in purchasing a car and I needed to just catch my breath. Charles gave me his card and let us go without all the pressure like other dealers in the area. It didn't take me more than an hour after leaving to call Charles and say go wash the Pilot, we're on our way back.
