First I want to Thank God????????????, he is good no matter what, but looking for a car can be a headache. I went to a few options and I always received a salesman, that was being just that...I hate being talk to like I don't know I'm being lied to????...Salesmen can be real buzz killers and making buying a car a joy sucker????...but God said it's ok...I got you my child...Be Still????...And that's when I met Mrs. Darlene and she let me know plain and simple what I needed proof of to get things moving. After that Mr. Derek Ross handled my finances and got me approved. Not only them everyone I encountered here was very friendly and helpful during the process????????????...This made me thankful I didn't let the other dealerships discourage me from buying, God sent me to them and I thank every one I had the pleasure of meeting for helping me get back rolling???????????????????? Good for you, You are reading reviews. I also read the reviews for "EONE Auto Group". Yes, they were a little hard to find. No, they don't have hundreds of cars to choose from. But all of the vehicles they did have on the lot were certainly given special attention. As for the negative reviews about financing...I suppose you have to be over 50 to realize, you're there to buy a USED vehicle. And if you don't pay your bills on time, all of the time, you might be too much of a risk. I worked hard for my credit score and they were very receptive of that. But we discussed my options and decided that I should be a proud Owner of a very nice used vehicle, for an extremely fair price. What more can I ask for? I had a great experience with this dealer. They gained my trust, they listened specifically to what I DIDN'T want. I pulled out my flashlight and looked under the hood, the bottom side of the engine, the condition of the front end. They had the CARFAX. Very professional, delightful and FAIR Pricing! This kind of integrity is very hard to find. Special thanks to Gerald and to the owner for setting the standards.
