2020 Ford Edge SE AWD

Had a great experience at Richmond Ford Lincoln. Went in to look at some 2023 Bronco's that had some great markdowns and incentives. Worked with Mo who helped me through the process, got the incentives I was eligible for and put in a warranty fix for the Bronco I ended up buying instead of doing a quick glue fix on a defrost wire that had come disconnected. Finance process was smooth and fairly quick, Mike helped us navigate our financing and down payment. We even bought one of the extended warranties that was being offered. Just cannot trust that with so many electronics in a vehicle that something somewhere along the way won 't go bad. Overall great experience and I left very happy!

Loving my jeep so far! This was the first and last place I visited to replace my 22 year old focus. Had great chats with Will and my dad during the buying process. And although I had to wait a bit for a sunroof repair, they replaced the entire thing and it works flawlessly.
