I honestly couldn’t have had a better team working on my car. There were times when I was slightly frustrated with a problem and I had to keep coming back in. But the guys at Cochran Hyundai didn’t stop until they found the problem and it was fixed. 10000% extremely satisfied! Great customer service and communication.
Worked with DeLorean to help us find an affordable lease that met our wants and needs. He was very friendly and not at all pushy like some salesmen can be. He went over the differences of each model and trim but also gave us space to get a good look at everything ourselves while we test drove it. We went in looking for 2 different models, one ended up being too small, the other too expensive for us. He found a great in between for us in the Kona which we didn’t even know existed. He managed to get us the SUV with the trim style we wanted at an affordable rate. He also gave us a great offer for the car we sold to them. Within a day we went from shopping around to having the vehicle in our possession even though it was on a different lot. Mike helped us with the paperwork and went over all the details on each page to help us understand what we were getting into, as we have not leased before. He also got us a good deal on some of the added protection they offer. This was originally also not affordable to us but with the deals DeLorean gave as well as the offers Mike had, we were able to get some protective coverage on the car that would even benefit us if we decide to purchase it later on down the road. We love our new Kona so much and had a great experience! Would definitely recommend working with DeLorean on finding the perfect vehicle!
Top tier! Yvonne is incredible. From first contact to the final purchase (I waited 2 months for a 2024 Elantra N MT in the exact color I wanted) she kept me updated and made the buying process SO painless. Mike Krebs and Mike Schwartzel also went to bat for me, getting me the lowest price, hooking me up with a great protection plan for the car, and giving me more for my trade than KBB. Overall stellar experience and was also impressed that I didn’t have to call my bank to get the payoff amount for my current car. They even took care of that. You’ve got a customer for life!
