2017 Ford Edge SE AWD

This will now be my only mechanic. Had a blown out tire yesterday. Called them and asked if they offer towing since my car was a few blocks away from their location in my work parking lot (I should have just drove it to their lot but was going to be late to work), but they don’t have a tow truck, so I mentioned to them I’d have to hire a tow since I was stuck at work. They put me on hold, then got back to me and said they can come to pick me up and save me the money a tow would cost. Absolutely life savers. And they squeezed me in same day. 20/10!

I will never take my car anywhere else after my experience with them this week. Amazing service. ???? they went above and beyond what was expected.

I recently sold my car to Theis Motor Company based on a recommendation from a friend. They gave me a very fair price for my car and were friendly, welcoming, and easy to deal with. The day I took the car to get a quote, I had a brake bulb light out and they replaced it for free (even though I told them I was still getting quotes from other places). Great family business and Mike T. was a class act to deal with!
