I’m particularly impressed with Ford’s program for making their trucks affordable, which allowed me to purchase a slightly used F-150 Lightning that perfectly suits my family, work, and business needs. Additionally, Alex and the service team went above and beyond by assisting me in removing some attachments from my previous vehicle. We had a fantastic experience here buying a used '23 Bronco Sport for our daughter. Jimmy Mihlan was a huge help and accommodating, as was the rest of the crew there. We live about 2 hours from Canton Ford, but they had the Bronco Sport that we wanted and had it priced incredibly competitively. Jimmy was more than willing to take extra pictures and video of the vehicle for us so we could really shop it out without driving all the way out there. We were able to start the buying process over the phone and email so that when we finally arrived later in the week we were in and out relatively quickly with a new used car.
