Darren and Anthony were an incredible help to us. they went the extra mile in order to make sure that we received the extended warranty protection that Hyundai offered and anything that we were responsible for was priced very fairly and was completed quickly. I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at Auffenberg Hyundai of Cape Girardeau. I called in with an Engine Knock Senor fault. Darrin Pruitt looked up my VIN and told me I was eligible for a test. He also explained that if my car passed this test I would be required to pay $160.00 and then still have to deal with the problem. He also informed me to get my Oil Change Records in order becasue if it fails the test that is the next info they will need. I took the chance and it failed. Since I supplied the Oil Change records he told me it qualified for an engine replacement. This was on a Wednesday morning and on Thursday afternoon he called and told me it was ready for pick-up. Between this I did talk to at least two other Service reps and they too were very professional and helpful. So in short I am very pleased with your entire Service Department and want to compliment you for a job well done. Keep up the excellent work. Service is the Key to any company's success.

I went in to Auffenberg Hyundai and received outstanding service. They did the service and the multi point checklist in a short time and was very courteous and professional. I love my Sonata!
