From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. I live in Butler, and Kelly Hyundai service sucks !!! I will never let them touch my car again !!! They can't even fallow a simple request to not use an impact wrench on my wheels and they scratched my rims !!! I'll tell anyone that will listen, don't take your car to Kelly for service, go to #1 Cochran, they respect their customers. Thank you Cochran !!! Then, today, 1/10/24, I just received a follow up call from Jim at #1 Cochran to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. A-1 dealership in my opinion.
