He immediately concurred with my observations and had his top tech look at it. He found a turbo hose had not been connected properly. Now my power is back! Thanks to Austin and the team. The previous tech is no longer with them. They take customers seriously. My previous service was to replace a rear panel on my F150 covered by insurance. Everything seemingly went well and a couple bolts went missing that they offered to replace. The rivet work probably could be better! See photos. They are defensive when something is pointed out. If they can’t prove it with a photo they deny it happened outright.

I drove 2 hrs away to purchase a vehicle I would have never chosen looking at it! When I arrived everything that I discussed over the phone was ready and prepared!
