2017 Ford Edge SEL AWD

I just bought my first car here and had such a great experience. Happy and Amany were both extremely nice and accommodating and let us come in on their day off. A really great price for a 2021 Toyota Corolla and there were no add-ons or pressure to get anything extra or any surprise costs. They also are very responsive if you have any questions or need help with anything. A few days after I bought it I drove it from San Diego to Fresno and it drove perfectly. Definitely recommend buying from here!

Where should I start? Even before I walked in the building, from the first phone call I felt welcomed and appreciated! Set aside the fact that the car was everything that was advertised and more, this family owned business went out of their way to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Even the questions I had after I purchased. Happy and his wife really cared!! So, if you or anyone you know is in need of a new vehicle, please do yourself a favor and go here. I know you will not be disappointed!!

First off, all the past reviews have been spot on. I was interested in a van for our small family. Saw one I was interested in that Happy was selling. Side note, this was on Easter Sunday so they were closed. Happy and his wife were kind enough to come into the office just for me so that I can take a look at the van with no pressure to buy even though they were closed (in the rain). I still feel really bad i made them come on their day off, but this showed me they are dedicated to what they do and customer service is first class. The car was in very good condition and happy is very particular on what cars he has on the lot. all documentation including car fax were solid on this vehicle so i know Happy was telling the truth. You can tell he’s not like your conventional used car dealer who just cares about the money and ripping you off with extra fees. In fact, I would even recommend first time car buyers to purchase from here. This is a small family business and Happy and his wife treat you like you’re a family member. I could feel these people were genuine and want to do business the right way. He pointed out everything in the deal including what I was paying for (no extra fees!). I had my own financing but there is no pressure to use his financing terms which is a plus! I’ve had my car for about a day now. Everything runs smooth and as it should which is becoming a rarity for car purchases at smaller used car dealers. He should change his business name to Happy Family auto or something because that is what the transaction felt like. I will be recommending my family and friends to happy if they ever need a car and will be back when i need another used car!
